Surprisingly, Elden Ring update 1.09 is now available

Updated at 11:25 a.m.: Bandai Namco has just published the official changelog and confirmed that the new version of elden ring introduces ray tracing support for PS5, Xbox Series X and PC.

To enable it, players will have to go into the game options menu for the console versions, while on the PC they will find the setting in the corresponding graphics menu.
