Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 has already established itself on the market, but apparently there is someone who has noticed a β€œflaw” in the game.

The sequel (which you can find At Amazon) has collected the legacy of the first chapter on PS5, including several villains from the Marvel Universe.

Among these, Venom, the deadly protector, obviously stands out whose origins we have traced in a special article.

Well, as also reported by GamesRadarIt appears that it is an enemy of Spider-Man mysteriously disappeared from the game: We’re talking about it taskmaster.

Fans of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 have noticed that the game is missing the villain who many thought was returning straight from the first game.

If you’re a fan of Marvel’s Spider-Man (or the MCU film Black Widow), you’re probably familiar with Taskmaster. The villain drew attention to himself in the first part Marvel’s Spider-Man with a series of challenges before it’s time to defeat the hero in battle.

It’s been known for some time that Taskmaster (or whoever) would be returning Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. In May, his presence was mentioned in a trailer for the game, along with several other villains from the first chapter.

However, there is literally no trace of the villain in the game, just as there is no evidence of Taskmaster’s existence in New York or his death at the hands of Kraven. It’s about a unique omissionwhich players begin to notice.

It cannot be ruled out that everything could appear in a dedicated DLC, although it is apparently still too early for that.

However, another hypothesis suggests that Taskmaster has retired since, among other things, the villain is also a master at escaping a fight.

Who knows if the character will return in a third chapter, considering the recent lead creative director Bryan Intihar spoke briefly about the potential Marvel’s Spider-Man 3.

Or, even better, Taskmaster could reveal himself too in the rumored Venom spin-off.
