Cameron Johnson agrees to return to the Nets on a four-year, $108 million deal

Johnson, 27, is believed to be at the heart of the Nets’ future rebuild.
Johnson has a coveted role in the NBA as a defensive forward who can protect opposing wingers while building up the field on offense – in his career he has a 39.3% 3-point shooting rate on 5.6 attempts per game .
A knee injury sidelined Johnson for more than two months early in the season last season, but after his move to Brooklyn he played nearly every game, averaging 16.6 points in 30.8 minutes per game.
Johnson is close friends with him Mikal Bridges, which was also part of the Durant trade. Both will play for Team USA at the FIBA World Championships in the Philippines this summer.
